Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be making calls every day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and meet cross organizational sales goals.
  • Responding to outbound calls on IT product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.
  • To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy.
  • Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
  • Candidate will work from a script, tele sales representative must also have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
  • Quote and Close existing Renewals.
  • Database Management

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in sales & product marketing role preferably from IT distribution industries or IT reseller / SI businesses will be an advantage.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with or similar CRM.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
